This exclusive holiday home offers approx. 120 - 150 m² of space for up to 11 guests and 2 cots, with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room/bedroom and 1 living room . An integrated one-room apartment (30 m²) with shower bath can also be rented.

Located at the edge of the forest in a cul-de-sac with only 7 houses, which are connected to the orchards of the region. Nevertheless, it is close to the sights on the lake, the Wasserburg peninsula, the pearl of Bavarian Lake Constance, Lindau, Langenargen, Friedrichshafen, Meersburg, Überlingen, Ravensburger Spieleland, Bregenz, Switzerland, etc.


It is equipped with tropical and Mediterranean flair, internationally noble and richly equipped with solid mostly precious wood furniture, Nepal carpets on parquet and tiles. Nothing is missing.

Accessories from all over the world offer a special ambience.

Nevertheless, it is proven for families with children, because of the spaciousness of the property on the edge of the meadow and forest (dead end) and for children of all ages there is something to play for. A picturesque short forest path leads to the village in one minute with the available bicycles.

Wonderful, fantastic view over the lake, the Swiss and Austrian Alps offer a fascinating natural spectacle from a safe and comfortable distance from the upper living room or from the large balcony!
