These apartments are well-connected to the Chicago scene you're seeking. Oak Street Beach, Michigan Avenue, and Gold Coast are all within walking distance, and Chicago's best shopping, dining, and entertainment are just footsteps away. Other nearby attractions include Millennium Park, the Chicago Children’s Museum, and the Lincoln Park Zoo.
Check-in is quick and easy, each person in your group 18 and older will need to present a photo ID upon check-in with the building concierge. We'll send check-in instructions via email before you arrive. We look forward to hosting you in Chicago!

Each of our apartments have their own unique layout and decor. Pictures above are a sampling of Kasa’s studio units at this property, but they may not show the exact unit or floor you receive. Floor plans, furniture, design, and artwork may differ slightly, and our units range between 600-627 square feet. Your apartment may look different from the sample photos but will be just as stylish and comfortable!

Three blocks from the Magnificent Mile and six from the Museum of Contemporary Art, this property is located within Chicago's chic River North neighborhood. Here, shopping, restaurants, bars, and nightlife all abound in an exciting, high-end area that literally has something for everyone.
Getting Around:
It's extremely easy to walk to most sights in the area, but when it comes to driving, we recommend sitting back and letting someone else do the work. The State & Huron bus stop is right on the corner of the property, the CTA's Grand station for the L train is just a five-minute walk from your door, and of course, there are always rideshares to be found.

Heating and cooling is a two-pipe system at this property, which means either heat or A/C is on throughout the property. The thermostat cannot run both or switch between the two. Heat is turned on in the fall (around October 15) and turned off in the spring (between April 15 and May 1).
