This is a place for those who want to come to San Juan and have a beautiful experience from the moment they wake up. **Neighborhood**
We are located @ the Ocean Park neighborhood, a residential neighborhood by the beach in Condado, San Juan, known for it's laid back vibe, beautiful homes and hip guest houses. It is a gated community, so you will also have the peace of mind of security.
The house itself is a FEW STEPS from the beach known as the "Ultimo Trolley Beach", which leads into the expansive Ocean Park Beach and a small seaside boulevard, great for kitesurfing, paddle boarding, or just to have a relaxed swim. For fitness buffs, it should be noted that the house is also in front of a soccer field and running track, providing you easy access to outdoor fitness, as well as a meeting point for runners, triathlons and cyclists. Also located within walking distance to yoga studios, surf shops, trendy restaurants, pubs, grocery stores, pharmacies, and hospital.
