Description
All of our tastefully decorated rooms are en-suite. Our rooms are bright and airy and offer both modern and traditional furnishings. All are fully equipped with colour TV, hairdryer, complementary tea/coffee making facilities and direct dial telephone. An iron and ironing board are available upon request. Two of the bedrooms are on the ground floor.
Rooms may be allocated in the main house or annexe. The annexe (Hawthorn House) is situated a short walk away along a quiet road opposite the main house. Check in/out and breakfast in main house.

Terms and conditions:
- Bookings must be secured by credit/debit card.
- Payment on departure (or on arrival if departing before 10.00 am).
- 72 hours notice must be given for cancellations (2 weeks or longer for a group booking or if you are staying 4 days or more).
- Cancellations or alterations to bookings must be provided in writing or via the website. Verbal cancellations or alterations will not be accepted.
- Late cancellations and premature departures (regardless of reason) will be charged in full.
