Owner operated and maintained (Gabriel)! Extra clean condo! We are ocean front! Two bedroom beach/ocean front condo with king size bed, and queen size in second bedroom on the best beach and the best building in Isla Verde. It has a new (installed March, 2019) central A/C and brand new furniture. Fully stocked kitchen (quartz counter top) just like home. Tommy Bahamas beach chairs, and coolers. We have BLACK-OUT shades for a restful night sleep. We have a key lock box so you can Enter anytime. Would consider renting as one bedroom as well(not during high season).

Marbella Del Caribe Este (East) is one of the most sought after condominiums. It is located on the "strip" on Isla Verde Avenue where there are many restaurants, casinos, banks, car rental company, and a 24 hour Walgreens (across the street) all within walking distance. FREE secure indoor parking with easy access to the elevators. Car NOT necessary for our location unless you want to explore the beautiful island!
The complex offers 24/7 security, beach access to the same beach as the Intercontinental Resort Hotel, and the El San Juan Hotel for half the price, private grounds that include a olympic size swimming pool, kiddie pool, tennis court, volleyball/basketball court, playground, picnic tables and barbecue. Indoor private parking with direct elevator access to the condo. We provide beach chairs.
The condo is 10 minutes away and a $17 taxi ride(don’t allow Uber for pick up at airport) from San Juan's International Airport ( NO airplane noise), and only 15 minutes away from Condado and 20 minutes from Old San Juan. Close to major highways for easy access to the entire island.
If this is your first visit to Puerto Rico contact owner (Gabriel) for recommendations and advise on how to make the most of your vacation. Quality of condo makes the differance not always the price.
